Cooking Chickpeas in Your Crock-Pot

Cooking dry chickpeas (or other dry beans) in your slow cooker is as easy as it gets. It also has many advantages over using canned beans. If you have a large slow cooker, you can cook big batches and freeze them in ‘can-size’ portions to make them convenient too.

Chicken Wings Before Our Flight

Chicken wings are perfect when you feel like relaxing and watching a movie with dinner. For my first slow cooker chicken wings I went for a sweet, honey garlic sauce rather than a hot and spicy variety. We really enjoyed the flavour of these wings and Alice in Wonderland was pretty good too.
